Here's something I doodled last June. I once posted this on my tumblr but I figured that posting it here will better remind me to refine her design.. and draw the rest of them in line. Maybe. /lately been thinking of rewriting huge chunks of the plot because the current one's way too convoluted and at times too overbearing.Here's the desc I wrote for the tumblr post:
lol About two days ago.. I felt like drawing up character designs for some characters.. but I had to work and finish my intro to bio study guide.
Now that I’m working on some.. I suddenly got bored of doing that.. lol.
Anyway, this is Arla. I drew her once last year in a less than amiable state haha. This isn’t her final design or anything or is it finished at all.. but it’s still something I guess. Oh, sorry for her uncreative design ;;. I wish I could be more creative.. but I lack the time.. and patience to research on new inspiration for designs lol.
And... I last submitted a piece featuring Arla two years ago or so.

I'm not creative in the sense that I tend to reuse design elements that I'm familiar with. ^^'
Although, for Arla, I think the most obvious reused element of mine are ribbons. Otherwise, she got off pretty lucky with a distinguishable design and color palette. o:

I mishmash stuff too. xD There's nothing wrong with doing that~
Or rather.. I often mishmash stuff that I like haha. I don't necessarily want to mimic a design that appeals to me.. but I do derive inspiration from it and see what I can do with it.
