MMD or MikuMikuDance is a program to make videos or photos of vocaloids. The vocaloids you use are called models, so you can pose them or make them dance xD.  You can use effects, stages, etc. You only have to download all you need  . Here in devianart there are a lot of models, stages, effects, poses, tutorials you can download , you only have to credit the people that created the things. You should search for mmd pictures, then you see there is a huge mmd community here in devianart  .
