Description: Izices are the lords of the mountain. Thanks to their thick fur they can survive the harsh winters of Etherwas' highest mountains and they can be trained to transport heavy materials or even people. Their long claws make sure that they don't slip on ice or rocky surfaces. Both male and females have long spiraling horns though it's common for males' to be slightly longer.

Description: Lanshen are a winged canine species that closely resembles jackals. Their most prominend feature is the circular design on their long tail. Males with complex designs have more chances to woo a possible mate.
Lanshens can be used as a form of transportation but are usually a one-person steeds and form a tight bond with their rider.

Description: Mogoon are more dog than dragon. Faithful companions, they are used as guard dragons because of the high, shrill sound they produce in front of a threat. Despite being able to, Mogoons don't usually spit fire to fight because their short legs and stocky body are not made for speed and they'd be trapped in their own fire. Their main weapon is their massive jaw strenght, enabling them to clamp down on anything and remain attached to it. While they are usually gentle with children, their size and weight makes them dangerous for toddlers to be around but perfect playing companions for teenagers.

Description: Draineer are deer-like mammals that live preferably on mountains. The 'antlers' start from a bone protrusion on their forehead that then separates in two, so the species is genetically closer to unicorns rather than deers. Draineers are not shy at all and often invade villages in search for food.
