I don't really have any filters, but i guess they are really worth it. What kinds of filters do you have? What are they good for?

I think I know how u did it. Tell me if im wrong but you put the image in photoshop, put a transparent layer over it with some of the translucency left so the original image is shown clearly and you simply painted on the translucent layer.
If im right then most of the work was getting the scene in the photograph.
