----------------------

Brave freman warrior and ecologist, Korba, puts his own life at constant risk monitoring social degradation from autocracy of dangerous specimens in attempt to find a way to haste the ruining of their sick system from the inside.

Sadly, the boy named after little-mouse-shadow-on-the-second-moon has turned himself into complete vegetable: his brain was severely damaged during attempt to watch through The-water-of-life and then finished off by constant spice overdoses.
After that Muad'dib's thing is to sit on the throne and serve as psionic decoy that should divert attention from doings of true Sorcerer-who-can-be-in-many-places-at-one-time, aka One-who-caught-splitting-disease-after-bizarre-incident-on-Tarahell (in Fremen this name should sound like funny rhyme with rude words.)

The further in story, the more Muaddib Atreides gives the impression of not even a pale shadow of his father, but just a disgusting abuser, spice addict and selfish parasite who gives obscene looks at body that could belong to his younger sister, but instead was captured by horde of crazy old witches. How such ugly coward monstrosities get so many followers? Well, not so many people know Muad’dib in person; Farouk has enough fingers on his one hand and both feet to count.

As for Imperial girl, Irulan, she might be a shoddy writer, but with this outfit she can be a nice gladiator! I decided to refresh this character with sort of Unreal Tournament vibe: father was breaking her to behave like a princess on public, but sardaukars may know her as Laza Tigress. Strange why she didn't kill Muad'dib personally, and decided to get involved in this boring intrigues. Maybe the frightened mouse simply refused all duel offers like he did it to poor Stilgar.
Poor Stilgar... his intelligence was broken, now he just stands like a furniture and doesn't have notable dialogue lines. I emphasize that this is a harsh biopunk world where most of human creatures turned themselves into biorobots, thus the Fremen traditions, like keeping only one naib for each hive, should have some reasonable explanations. It was cruel to keep Stilgar exist against his program.

This illustration was made listening to the ravings of an old specialist in mutants and junkies youtu.be/Mecq-ZiR_xs
