Wood slice acrylic miniature art.This describe well how I've been feeling lately. So happy and active, but at the same time overwhelmed by it.
But now I manage to be still and paint more often again

This really looks wonderful. I've wanted to paint on wood before. What would you say is the best way to go about it? Like coating it with something, for instance, so that the paint doesn't seep in.

Yes I coat it with gesso first. And then it's good to go. When I'm done I finish it with varnish medium. It's very fun and different, you should try it!
