I really like this picture...I know I did one like this with Soldier and Medic (My Medic is facing the same way too lol faceless Medic love), but I feel I put more effort into this. And it did take me a lot longer to complete. I did this with the thought of a softer Medic trying to convince a Demoman that it's alright. What that is, I don't know. But I listened to Arms by Christina Perri on repeat while doing this. Now I wanna see a fanfic..."I can't decide if I'll let you save my life or if I'll drown.

Yessss! I adore Arms by Christina Perri. And it really works for them too. Go figure.
I have to admit, it's nice seeing the Demoman's expression and not the Medic's. It makes you wonder exactly what's going on, especially since the Demoman looks so torn.
And I want that Demoman's scarf. XD

Yea, I wanted to make this about Demoman more then Medic. Probably nothing good...Maybe he's confessing he is in love with Demo's friend the Soldier...

Yeah, I've really loved Arms since I first heard it, well, around the same time you would have drawn this judging by the date. Haha.
As we've discussed, there's definitely not enough Demo-love out there, so it's a nice change. Oh man...oh man oh man oh man. That's so saddddd! Poor Demoman! Especially if he loves Medic! GAH! Noooo. D:

Demo is hard to pair up, I don't even know why. I mean, I like him and people out there like him...But where is the love. I think its because he's such a manly beast, I mean did you see his nod when Medic fixed him up in Meet The Medic? >3<

Oh yay, you finished it! Yes, this one turned out very nice. I love the scarf. I think Demoman's nose turned out a little small though; makes him look white. XD;;

The biggest thing that helps when drawing black people is the nose and lips. Can't rely on the hair too much, because it's really in the face. Like when I draw Thelios, he has gold spiky hair, but he still looks black because of the face (at least I hope so XD;; ). That's why I hate how we seem to get developed into drawing only white people, because then when we suddenly want to draw other races, it gets difficult. I remember when I drew Domon I was like, "What the hell? How do I make him look Japanese without making him look like a racial stereotype?"

Yeah, most races have differentish noses (white people vary more because we're such mutts), but it's mostly noticeable with black people and Arabs.
But either way, I think Demoman looks more white than a typical black person, at least in his facial features, so at least it's a little less off? XD
