“This evening was for us…
Lukwos and Joe had gently offered to take care of everything and let us have a few hours just for us.
We had gone in the mountains, packed up a picnic to enjoy the sunset just the two of us and nature around us.
As the sun was setting down and the stars were slowly appearing my eyes were only on him.
He was my brightest star, the one that was lighting up my life.
I grabbed his hand to help him stand up and I looked into his eyes.
My love for him is pouring from every cells of my body.
I put my hands around his neck and smile tenderly as I look at him.
My husband…the one and only person I consider spending my life with and grow older.
He makes me the happiest lion in the world. Even more so now that we have a new member in our family.
With him by my side I feel ready to face anything.
Without a word I start inching closer to him and we kiss tenderly as the stars shine above us.
But to me HE is my shiny star.
And I am reminded every time I feel our feelings of love.”
Yeah I DID draw something, just felt like it sincerely to change a bit from the usual work I do and to help me relax since the very bad crap happening lately.
So the background WASN’T done by me. It was done by Greykitty and she gave me the authorization to use it.
I was working on that art already when she posted that night sky and I thought it would be perfect so I asked her.
The angle of the characters REALLY gave me a headache, and well it was fun to adapt the shadows to go with the background she had done.
I sure hope you guys enjoy.

I really quite like the background and how you did the night sky it has like a nebula feel by the colours and its really quite pretty, plus the water colour looking approach you went for it is a rather nice touch as well. Secondly though these two are really adorable! Their designs are rather nice as with the pose. All in all nice job!

I did my best to follow the color feeling of the background that was made by another artist that agreed I used it.
I really wanted to make a sweet and warm feeling even with a majority of blue color effect.

I had worked on the line art of the characters, didn't started the color; when I saw she had done that background. so I asked her if she would mind and agreed as long it was something sweet. but well she knows me so it was okay for her.
she was really surprised and liked the fact that I kept the main blue color to give a style to the characters and making them fit in the art she had done.
and well the text just comes easy for me as it's what I do.
even if a lot of people think I am an 'idiot or jackass' well I am really romantic still. hehe
