Nicely done, though I'd change the Notes so they match the rest of the stuff with the pink title and white text underneath.
You can enter a new font colour at the top just under the one that's already there, then scroll down to the [Notes] section and change FontColor=#FontColor# to FontColor=#whatever you called the second colour# to do that.
