This is actually real a Nintendo-Version of the Kamehameha. The voice actor of Lucario in SSBB is Sean Schemmel (the english voice actor of Goku in Dragonball Z) This is already proofed that this is a Gift for him and an "Easter Egg" for the Gamers XD
