I like the fan theory that Carla actually left with Stan and stayed with him when he got kicked out. But after a while it just became to much for her and it just fell apart between them. Especially when Thistle (who I am also going with the idea he's a Siren or some other musically related creature) showed up.
I see a few Starla fanfics here and there but most of them are seemingly abandoned.

Idk I feel like that's blowing their relationship out of proportion. They were a cute teenage couple, but as teenage crushes go, their relationship was rather superficial, they broke up, the end. I can live with that
