Treat it like a Valentine gift! (late I know)Why this couple? Because Kon is a cute plushie and Ichigo treats him so harshly -_- And they live together, so Kon as plushie should sleep in bed! That's why! XD
I've lost this unique resemblance to Ichigo while redrawing it from older sketch but I can't help it now T_T
