i get the feeling that you drew them the way you did so you could fit them all together and keep their poses. in other words, you could have just copied and pasted them on.
in other other words, PURE GENIOUS. i hate all the time it takes to draw just one person!

I've been drawing them for weeks, in many different sheets, then I had 2 mix them together here (loots of layers in PS)
and it was kinda hard.

oh I didn't draw all the characters at once!
They are separated arts which I combined together in Photoshop (however, it took me 1-2 hours to decide how to put them and not to lose amoung so many layers
