I don't really know very much about portraiture but one comment that I have is that the shadows, especially the one cast by the chin onto the neck are a bit sharp. You might want to experiment with lighting.... I'd like to be able to give you a suggestion about it, but I really don't know!
Otherwise, it's a very nice portrait. I like how the makeup really accentuates your eyes.
