Yesterday was Shigure of Sasebo's birthday from Kantai Collection.A Favorite character of mines. Some fellows know there's a bit more to that though. But that's a story for another time.
Felt like doing something for her even if it's late. Here she sleeps waiting for the admiral, probably one who hasn't visited a long time.
