Argh... This hoax is too femaline... At least I wasn't fooled.
The Sky form's much more male like than the Land form, but at least it's just also a short reference that the 11th movie Shaymin is a male, I think.
I've never thought PK know how to do that like it's part of a magazine!

I personally think its fake (And I stronly hope so too), I mean, who CANT do sugimori style?! The shading has become so easy (the old sugimori style was A LOT harder in my opinion because of the lighting sources and stuff)

It's just a rumour as of now but it's in Sugimori style, it seems.
I'm not very fond of it though... it looks too much like a horse... and Shei won't have a sky form.
