Gender: Male
Bio: Negi is the younger brother to the 'trapped as an oozaru saiyan' Kabu. He is question for the Dragon Balls for a personal reason witch no one knows, although it's not to free his brother from being oozaru.
Personality: Negi is hot-headed and often gets into fights, he rarely holds back on using his powers and thinks brute force is the way to get anything he wants.
