Way overdue kiriban for , however they asked for it to be for instead, though it's kinda both of theirs since it's of both their characters.
I hope I got everything right that you had in your idea, I tried to get it as accurate as possible. D:
And I'm so so so sorry it's so late, but I hope this makes up for it

I've spent about 3-4 days off and on with this piece, boy was it time consuming xD I was also on a mission to do the whole thing in colored pencils only, with the exception of white gel pen for the stars, and white acrylic paint for the quote, since there was no way white colored pencil was going to go over those layers. o-o

I was also trying out something new with the night scene, trying to get the bg darker and the shadows a little better. I could have made the wolves darker, but 1) they're under the direct light of the moon and 2) I wanted them to stand out. Cx Also lots of highlights because I love them. :3

I won't lie.... I love how this turned out. O_O I think it's one of my favs of mine for sure <3

If anyone is wondering what the quote says because of my crappy paint handwriting, it says, "That darkness is just the dark places between the stars", requested by ~Canine-Lupus to be included in the image. Sorry it's kinda slanted though o -o;

No refs used in this either The wolves were kinda tricky at first with the angles and all, but Remy helped me out a bit with some critiquing through the webcam lol. Thanks Remy ouo
