Here's an idea for a Hayzilo pic, an AU where Ziio survives the fire, is found by Haytham who was riding nearby and saw the smoke from the fire, but young Conner dies and wanting revenge against those behind the fire, Ziio joins the Templars and gets back together with Haytham.

I've read a few AU fics where Haytham and Ziio get back together with Haytham becoming an Assassin, made me wonder, what if the opposite happened and Ziio joined the Templar Order working alongside Haytham and the others to get revenge on those who burned her village and killed young Connor in the process.

I'm not a big fan of Haytham becoming an Assassin AUs, because I simply love that he's a templar. Something would just miss if he wasn't.
