[While Captain Toad and his group were on their way to where the next general was, they caught a glimpse of a hooded figure.]
Astarcuthox(Hooded Figure): It's all coming together now...
Captain Toad: Hmm?
Kevin: Cap, what is it?

[Captain Toad wanders over to the hooded figure just as the Winkler Family walks over too.]
Astarcuthox: That stupid bug even believed that the ports themselves would cause the end, but I got one of what they were meant to hide!
Captain Toad: Hey, what're you getting at, buster?
Kasden: Yeah, what's the big idea?

[The hooded figure looks over at them, revealing his face.]
Alamogordo: Kas, is that your cousin or a long lost triplet brother that you and Krystal had?
Krystal: We never had a triplet brother...
Astarcuthox: Don't you all remember what happened...? (leans towards Kasden) Especially when YOU got turned into an Alpha Fright Hound...?

[Flashback to the Fenris, Baskerville and Zoltan fight. Kirby raises the Star Rod.]
Stacy: Bro, please, snap out of it!

[Baskerville snarls.]
Kirby: For Planet Pop Star!
Diana: For Themyscira and the Amazons!

[The 2 gods rush forward at the same time as the hounds. Then cut to when the Star Beams hit Zoltan, making his body deteriorate and causing all the souls inside to fly out, but a gray soul(Kasden's soul) flies towards the ceiling, then screams as he splits into a light soul and a dark soul. Mertin, Batty, Skull, Alamogordo and the other SLC members that saw a similar thing back at Boo Mansion just look on in sadness.]
Kara Zor-El: So, those hounds... What were they?
Batty: They were... People...
Mertin: Innocent people that got turned into vicious beasts...

[The light soul flies upwards with 4 other light souls while the dark soul flies in a different direction. End flashback.]
Kasden: So THAT'S why I also became a beast...
Astarcuthox: I awakened even more and took further control of you. Neither Stingbat, Waren, Volt or any of those other guys knew that I used to be (holds up his sword) THIS!

[The others gasp.]
Kevin: So you... You're Dagas?!
Astarcuthox: AKA, Astarcuthox, the true lord of all demons!
Kasden: How'd you even...

[Another vision shows how the sword became sentient again after Rhixaldir-Reficul got out of it. Astarcuthox's soul enters the sword, possessing it and repairing the eye.]
Astarcuthox: Remnants of the Imprisoner. I absorbed the bits of his tail's orb prison the moment I flew back to Raito's dimension that he made back when he was the Dark Hatter... I even had a bit of your blood absorbed into me, Kas. You know, I should thank you for housing my spirit within you for years...

[Kasden growls.]
Kasden: You turned me into a savage monster! Me AND my family ALL had to be revived!
Captain Toad: (walks over) And we're not gonna let you harm anybody anymore!
Astarcuthox: (as Kirby and the others also walk over) All or most of you fighting me? That hardly seems fair.

[He wraps his cloak around his body and crouches down. Seconds later, the gem on it fades, save for the hood as his body begins to grow taller and stronger and the cloak grows longer, becoming capelike too. He unwraps the cloak, spreading it like the wings it became when he went to retrieve Zero-Two's eye. The difference? His clothes even changed into a more sinister version of a Superman costume, with his symbol in place of the House Of El's symbol... And his body's now the same build as Superman too, just like in those posters at the casino.]
Astarcuthox: (while flexing his biceps) Now THIS is how you even the odds!
Kasden: Who cares? Ya saved us the trouble of taking you down, Mr. Head-honcho-of-this-conquest. Now we're gonna kick your ass back to Hell!
Astarcuthox: You pests are way too ambitious, thinking you can stop ME... But I'll be happy to play with you. (draws his sword) So let's play!
