Note: This isn't the final design, this is just a base that I edited.
A form of Phantom Lear.
Height: 2'4, but it actually varies because there are many other Shy Guys who are much bigger, including Fat Guys, Big Guys, etc
Type: Combat Form
Allies: Lena Luthor, Jester, Freak, all other members of the Tenebrous Ten Troupe, Legion of Doom and Cult of Ares
Enemies: Diana/Wonder Woman, Callidora/Lyric, Krystal/Wonder Woman II/Mighty Amazon, Kasden/Lumen, Trixie/Comet Dynamo, all other members of the Justice League, Legion of Superheroes and Teen Titans
Abilities: all of the ones that Phantom Lear normally has, plus the abilities of his Phantom Goombas
English VAs: Samuel Vincent and/or Christopher Corey Smith
Japanese VA: Tsugou Mogami
