But ever since my computer's Hard Drive Malfunctioned, Making me loose all my files, I've had no time/motivation to animate/draw,

This is really good, yes. The only problems I see, are the fact that on the last frame, the paw seems slightly awkward. And the muzzle on the head is the only thing that's tilting. Maybe if the head tilted a bit more it would look slightly less akward. The movements are also semi-sudden when switching from frame to frame. But that's alright, practice makes perfect.
I really enjoy how you made the eye and the mane, I'm terrible with manes especially. The shoulder and chest and body look pretty good as well.
Good job with this, it's pretty good, a few minor mistakes, but that's fine. ^^ I can't even do an animation, so this is awesome to me.
