I think they don't bitch about the first time models by scratch because it shows that they have potential and can get better with practice and time.
I've seen people complain about soru-P's models before (me being one of them), but the main reason why they complain about chatterhead's models because I mean look at them. Tiny ass waist, big ass and tits, looks slutty all of the time. Most of the people complaining are probably females no less because his model (just like some of Soru-P's) give females a bad image and name and they take offense to it~
