Yet another new fan voa created spur of the moment. Thanks, brain!

This time, I made an antagonist fan voa. This lad is the grandson of one of the council of elders. He takes full advantage of his privileged life and listens in on his grandfather's politics. He has a knack for doing business and exploiting stressed politics. He's an asshole tried and true. He knows about Verhnach's mission in finding scrolls on magic, which is forbidden in their society (False utopia after all), and takes advantage, threatening exposure unless he's either paid to keep quiet or Verhnach smuggles in scrolls for himself which he can sell to the right dealer. Things don't get easier for Verhnach when he brings Phobus home, and this lad knows what's up. Being able to read the room and when people are lying, this lad would likely be attuned to empathy magic, same as Ashivon. But knowing this asshole, he'd use it for his gain if he discovered it.
