Today is Tala's canon birthday! While my first concept of her was created around the same time in June of 2012 when I started my Oblivion game and created her story, this was the birthday I gave her.

This piece has gone through many changes before I was happy with the end result... and it's my first attempt at using colored lines to mimic an appearance of lineless. I obviously still have a long way to go, but for this piece to celebrate my girl, this look makes the piece appear perfect in my eyes.

So this is for my sweet, kind-hearted Hero of Kvatch...

She gave me a place to channel my creativity, obsessions, and emotions. I've poured my personality, experiences, and my imagination into her life through the Oblivion Crisis and beyond. And in sharing her and her story here on DeviantArt, I've gained amazing friends for which I'm forever grateful to have!
