short storyHi! My name is Hope Amore... But you can call me Hope or just Amore. That's what I want them to call me. The sun-see-ers. Bright. Spoiled. Sun seeing. Brats. That get to be free in the fresh green grass and angelic blue sky with candy floss clouds. Anyway they call me "Rusty,". It's obvious I wear brown baggy shorts and a white blouse that is dirty from all the cogs and machinery. I also have brown hair with cogs in my hair. It's the only accessories we have. Down here... Well you might be asking, " What is this place?" or, " What are you?" Well... It's... It's.. A secret that I'll tell you later.
"Ring!!!", that's the call for dinner. Come on! After dinner I'll tell you all about my world. And what happened to it for the last 14 years. You look like you're from way back then, the peaceful times on earth with nearly no wars and uprisings. I actually don't know what happened then but people say it was the "Silicon age." And I don't know a thing of what had happened.
