i just saw the mars volta, and cedric isn't fat, he's as wirey as ever, jumping off of things, eating mics, picking up stagelights and running around and shining them on the crowd....it was awesome

and i have just learned of a solo album by omar that is going to be a soundtrack for a movie he's working on, called.... a manual dexterity...supposed to be out this summer, i can't wait
