yes they are! I love the Chikorita line, but the Cyndaquil line is probably my favourite starter line of all the starter lines before gen 4.

My fav is most definitely the Bulbasaur line, but I love all the Grass type starters tbh X'D

Grass types are pretty amazing. I love the Snivy and Treecko lines. Turtwig not so much, but that's just because I can't work it into my team. Kinda neutral towards the rest, as much as I love Rowlet I never managed to fully grow attached to it.

I haven't played much, so I can't say about my team but I do love Treecko because he was the first Pokemon I ever had and he (his name was Moo) was really helpful.
