Nope, mate. No good. It is obvious that this is a mere Colt Commando, with a load of weird stuff and a second barrel, which is very odd, since the gun frame should be much broader than the regular to support another firing mechanism. Plus, the scull definetly blocks the scope. And it doesn't look steampunk not even a little. Sorry, mate, sad but true...

the skull doesn't block the scope. don't you see the aiming thingy on top of the skull head. and it is steampunk, it has a pressure gauge. it is just highly decorated... think of it as pirate steampunk
