I really like it, this is an excellent work. In the aesthetic aspect, the choice of your subject is easily identifiable as there is anything which distracts the eye from the flower. The macro is only focused on the blossom.
The size of the flower is good too. That is not too big so the photo is soft and pleasant to look at. The cherry blossom is well distinct from the background, and seems to fly as the macro is successful.
The natural colors are great and soft: pink, blue and a little bit of green or brown really fit together and they bring harmony to this lovely shot. However, a little more lightening on the flower would have been better, but at least, you didn’t add too much lightening or contrast, so that can be a good point anyway! Your photo is still natural and you just show the reality you captured, and not artificial work with no natural effects.
The texture is very neat, and we can see the contrast between a flower full of life and the blurred flowers without petal behind, which could mean they are dying.
The subject should have been a bit more on the right to respect the rule of third, but this is not bothering as the left background is lighter than the right’s one. The diaphragm is well opened and the field’s depth is commensurated to the subject. The horizontal framing perfectly suits the scene of the blooming. It’s not too closed for a foreground framing.
This is a great macro photography, with a very good quality of image. You made an awesome job!

Maybe a bit of vignetting, and Photoshopping to lighten the flower?

You're right ^^ I didn't notice it at first, but now I think there is a huge lack of lightening =$I should have edited the photo..
