My tribute to the late great Bernard Hill.

As a Lord of the Rings fan, Bernard was an exceptional Théoden. Delivering incredible speeches and lines. I still tear up at the ride of the Rohirrim on the fields of Pelennor in both the book and film.

As an actor, Bernard was also inspirational. He always gave his all to any character he played and truly inhabited them, not just as Théoden but as numerous TV roles, and in another favorite film of mine Titanic.

He will be deeply missed. I will not say do not weep... for not all tears are evil. Rest in peace.
