So, as much as I do like the other concepts of what Volga from Hyrule Warriors looks like without his helmet, for some reason I just can't see him with that shaggy emo boi hair, because it makes him look like he's like a 15-16 year old boy and I'm pretty sure he's much older than that lol so what I picture him to look like without his helmet is just slicked back in a ponytail. I feel that it makes him look more mature and more like his age, with like, Legolas-like hair haha. So here's my concept of what Volga looks like without his dragon helm. Hope you like
