Main rules:

1) You must have the funds available when you claim/bid/offer.

2) Using the design to take part in the species community is for fun, but not necessary. Most types of official design changes require ARPG items. Purchasing a new, previously-not-owned adopt will also earn you 5 bits (Katragoon currency).

3) The buyer will receive a full resolution image of the original artwork with a fainter watermark if available.

4) You may trade or give away the adoptable, but don't sell it for more than the price spent on it (this rule can be void through ARPG participation). Notify KatMasterlist if the adopt changes owners so we can keep track!

5) Kats bought as a gift or trade lose their initial re-sale value per the group's trading rules.

6) We do not revoke designs that have been paid for or fairly earned.
