Wow, these are so great! I love the cover designs; all those different languages! And the drawings inside are equally awesome; I love all the swirls and patterns.
I really like the reversal here, that the words are on the cover and the pictures inside.

White-out pen! They're awesome, the best actually opaque white pen/marker I've found. And not too expensive either.

Hmm, well I adapted the fold-out pattern from a pattern sort of like this one: [link]

You just add more pages on the inside (always an even number) and keep folding.
The outside is an ordinary case binding, for which there are lots of tutorials.

I'm not good enough at photoshop to make a full tutorial myself, but instructions for all the steps are out there, it's just a matter of putting 'em together.
