I love your art, so I'll give it a try!
The stippling is very good (how you manage to do it on such a small piece of paper I have no idea). The varying line weights are a nice effect, especially with the white lines that go against the gradient.
One thing that can be improved is the placement of objects/ composition. For example, the lights in the center are the focal point. They don't appear to either be randomly distributed or in an intended shape, so maybe you could rearrange them based on what you want.
I would also enlarge the gradient on the top right so that it seems continuous with the bottom right, plus a little bit more so that way the light source is spherical rather than ending at the border.
Overall, the drawing is straightforward: nice concept and execution.
