--Patterns and spots on your Magikarp may vary, but your fish is still beautiful.I’m playing around with koi designs for my comic and ended up having a lot of fun and making a LOT more than I intended. Which ones are your favorite?

Their expressions are wonderful! I think I like the showa Magikarp best. I bet they'd look even more majestic when they evolve

I like the goromo, my grandma used to have a bunch of koi of that variation in her koi fish pond. She got to the point where she couldn't take care of them anymore, but I love them.

Kohaku and Shusui! I like the layering of the colors on kohaku and I like the feathering effect of the orange on the shusui. :3

Good choice -- the Goshiki was definitely one of the ones I was most excited to draw!
And hopefully eventually in the future, I'll get a Gyarados version out that reflect what they looked like as Magikarp!
