Wasn’t supposed to be Lily... I was just bored and trying to paint NORMALY for watercolours (It didn’t work
ended up painting the way I normally do anyway)... Anyway, Lily just popped up without even asking! Geez!
So here’s Lily, thinking about something... not sure what about though... what do you think she’s thinking about?

That is really good! Harry Potter characters pop up without me wanting to all the time. Just today I was practicing faces, and I was like,"Hey, it's Narcissa". And yet another page of Harry Potter people came into my sketchbook.

I love that your watercolours look so solid because you've built the layers up- it almost looks like acrylic/oil in some places! I think that can work way better than 'traditional watercolour' sometimes but it uses up sooo much paint!!

I agree- you should ignore the cost of the paint as you'd be wasting it unless you use it to express how you see things. Happy painting!

I, too, love the hair. I stupidly didn't realize it had more colors in it until I put it in full view. It works really well, I love it! But you know, the jacket is really good too, and the anatomy makes sense, which is always a good thing, right? I dunno, maybe this is sixth year, after she dropped Severus and before she hooked up with James? It's a thinker!

I just love all the different colors in her hair. I'm not sure what's wrong with the coloring, but I think it looks great.
Because I am such a fan, I'd say James.
Though I'd also vouch for her thinking about if Canadian Bacon is really bacon.

Yeah I agree I hate getting shit for it though. The difference is in 'normal/traditional' watercolours painting you dont layer the paint. I do.
