Talent:
Zel is able to change parts of his body into lead. It doesn't really do much other than being dangerous to physically touch. He can will it to change whenever he wants but usually if he's upset, he can lose control of the power and it can consume him until he gets over whatever made him upset. He thinks of it as a protective skin of sorts where no one can bother him. Its actually quite soft and easy to mold but that's only if you risk the exposure to the high lead levels (through physical contact) which can lead to toxic poisoning and damage to the nervous system as well as multiple brain disorders.
When he changes his body to lead, it means that he himself is actually very very resilient to highly aggressive acids among other destructive substances since he's practically made of it. If he is exposed to these things normally he will become very sick but able to expel everything from his system with little other side effects. (Lead withstands corrosion and highly aggressive acids.)
He can change it from liquid lead to the most dense solid which means his weight can increase from his normal one. Surprisingly. (The normal weight is caused by the lead running through his body.)

Description:
His hair is black and white striped although it's unsure whether his natural hair colour is black with white stripes or white with black.
His eyes are a molten silver colour and changes depending on his mood. (Lightens to a chrome silver means that he's really happy or pleased. When he's impassive (his usual mood), his eyes are a bluish/metallic colour and when he's upset or sad they change to a dull gray.
He was born completely colour blind and his vision is deteriorating. He can’t see very far distances away from him and it’s progressively getting worse as he leaves it untreated.
He generally doesn't eat very much thanks to working too hard or for too long on one project and so his skin has a somewhat sickly gray pallor to it.
His weight is a touchy subject for him despite being...heavy his whole life. If he doesn't eat, he weighs five times more than he should. If he does eat, he still weighs the same ridiculous weight. He's just mostly used to it by now. He's hard to move at all if someone tries to push him or anything. He'll just sit there very similarly to a huge piece of metal. (Lead has high density.)
But thanks to all the running he does, he is quite muscular for being so slim.

Personality:
True to the element he is based off of, Zel is probably the most dense and slowest person you'll ever meet. Both literally and figuratively. He moves slowly and speaks in a slow, dull manner with many awkward pauses. Despite being quite intelligent thanks to self-study, sometimes he just can't find words to explain himself or answer and just goes with what he can. He shows off what he does know during surgery or if he has to write out reports.
He isn't annoyed easily and is mostly just impassive about everything. For example, if someone were to punch him, not only would he probably not move or feel it, he would only register 10 seconds after that someone even tried hurting him. He tends to be like this about everything. It also means that he won't take sides in anything. Generally if he knows someone better he'll speak up more for that person but won't actually take a stand.
He needs extra time to first register someone speaking to him, then what they're saying, then about what and THEN he'll try to figure out a way to respond. Because everything is so slow already, he goes with the first most truthful, honest thought he has. On a positive note it does mean that he can't lie. (On a negative note, he may say some choice things that really should not be said outloud. Brutal honesty at it's finest.)
But if one is able to sit through all of the speaking before thinking, they'll find that Zel is actually a huge softie at heart. He just needs time. A lot of it. (He also has this habit of shying away from social contact and just focusing on work.)

Weapon:
Zel actually really sucks at fighting. (Surprisingly, considering where he was brought up.) He has basic knowledge of brawling and how to use knives in close combat but honestly he can run into someone, sit on them and they would probably rather faint because of the weight.
If it really comes down to it, he probably wouldn't want to bother fighting anyways and would just run away. Running is his way to escape from his thoughts and even if he does run rather slow, he has enormous amounts of stamina and can run a marathon easily.
If he has to, he prefers using a metal pipe as his weapon. (Lead is used for piping. And he’s from the ghetto. I thought it fit-- IMEANWHAT.)

-He really likes zebras. There's a reason but just-- they're just his favourite animal and if you tell him otherwise he'll-- sit on you. AND CRUSH YOU SOB--
-He was born and raised in a pretty shady part of what was left over after the solar flare so even though he's actually quite intelligent, he has difficulty speaking these ideas (or anything really) outloud and has a pretty thick............ghetto accent? He’s just socially awkward in general. The end. u__u;;
-Sometimes if he spends enough time with one person in the same space, he will get colour flashes and will cling onto those and associate each colour with a different person. (It does upset him sometimes of what he can’t see and won’t be ever able to see.) Because of this, he has quite an extensive vocabulary of colours. But he generally associates people with their voices and distinguishes the differences that he can't really see by manner of speech, tone and gender (obviously). But I guess this means he can't really tell kids apart. Or males that sound like females. ...or vice versa. In dimmer light he can see blues better and in brighter light its all mostly the same and so bright he can't distinguish anything since his eyesight is so bad to begin with
-He's pretty good with technology (if he brings it two inches from his face because the screen is generally too bright) so in change of his thick accent, he uses a lot of online slang and abbreviations because..he can.
Doesn't use caps. Or anything that takes extra functions/effort. At least its a bit more legible compared to deciphering what he says.
-Thanks to his weight and really strong grip, Zel is actually really good at slow and effective massages. It also helps that he had to study a lot of the nervous system and knows where majority of the pressure points and sensitive areas are. (He can, but doesn't really like, acupuncture and kind of shies away at the thought of stabbing people continuously with needles.He doesn't generally advertise he can though. If someone is sore and in pain he'll volunteer to help readily.

Relationships
Doesn't care much for friends. Won't be particularly mean to anyone or nice either and thinks of relationships as things that are bound to be broken.
