This is for *caramitten , because she's a huge inspiration to me - there isn't a single sketch that she produces which doesn't impress me and give me an itching want for a pencil to draw with! Every once in a while though Cara submits a character design so brain-numbingly awesome to me that I have to have a go at drawing it myself! ^-^ Some of you may remember my version of her Sunspot, submitted back at the start of the year ([link] ) ...Well I didn't have time to render this up in real media like last time, but I did sketch on the train (got some weird looks working on this one on the train, I can tell ya!) until I came up with a pose/lay-out that I liked... then coloured it up in photoshop using some new techniques. It's taken an aweful long time to finish since I've had to keep doing a little bit every other night or so, instead of finishing it all in one go like I'm used to doing, (although last night was when the bulk of it was done, since I had a good burst of over 4 hours to finish off the colouring (thanks *gothchild10 for the company and suggestions!!)
Tried some new things here.. never attempted to colour water liks this before, or wet skin either... hopefully next time I'll do better

Anyways, Cara, this ones to you! ^-^ Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with the rest of us!
