It's called "Spacegram" and Lance has over 350k followers from across the galaxy
If such a thing would exist in the Voltronverse I assume Lance would mostly post up pictures of things he loves. Whether it be little rare galaxy things, or Blue, but especially the people he meets and his friends!
Now the boy likes his beauty sleep in the morning but he wouldn't miss a date with a pretty girl now would he?
Before anyone starts making assumptions, Lance and Azalea have a sturdy friendship Azalea could possibly be the densest living being in the galaxy when it comes to interactions/romance. Being by herself most of her life is part of it, but again most, if not all hints fly over her head (she still has quite a lot of growing up to do
