I got a question. How do you get your drawing into the computer like that and what coloring program do you use?

This is clearly all digital, drawn with a pen tablet most likely.
But to get a drawing into the computer you need to get a scanner, or go to an internet cafe or someplace where they might scan stuff for you. As for the programs for coloring, I personally use photoshop, but there are many depending on what you're willing to spend to get them. There's even a free program called GIMP, which does pretty much everything photoshop does.
