Very cute, I think it's every elegant, the colors blend very nicely. It kinda looks like you went a little overzealous on the lens flare though, hehe. The other thing that bothers me is the non-natural eye color, but it's not a huge deal, I just tend to use more realistic colors as I can. Purple eyes... lol.
Other than that, I think it's excellent. I can never figure out how people get the "sketchy pencil" look, I think it's awesome but I cannot for the life of me figure it out! D:

Awww shes cute. Her outfit makes her kind of look like some kind of ninja. (too much Naruto for me....... XD)
I really like the simple coloring. Sometimes its good to go simple now and then. And the nice red of her earrings and bow really add some touch of bright color.
Anyway nicely done.

She looks so awesome! xD Her outfit looks neat too~! ^.^ I see what my drawings lack to make them look better, and that's color.... >_>; I just love this drawing! XD ......cept for one thing..... Her ear just bugs me...It just seems weird...plus it's very small and leaves space, maybe the strand of hair should be next to her ear to cover that space... That's all~
