What a little wonder! Perfectly encapsulating what it feels like to be a kid AND a pirate! The sky is the bluest blue, the leaves of the tree (pirate ship!) are the greenest green, it's perfect conditions for sailing!
So many neat little touches, like the parrot plushie tied to his/her (I don't think the gender is important!) shoulder, the teddybear look-out and the quietly tollerant, bemused look on the bird in its nest. A beautifully coloured, lovely piece of children's illustration I honestly can't find anything to fault. Love the menagerie of soft toys as the crew, too!
