Nine months, and Kida was massive. Bigger than she’d ever imagined she’d be. She was understandably concerned. The healers and clerics said she’d been blessed with three children. Something that could lead to complications when the time came. All that Kida could do now was wait and govern her people. Though she could definitely do without all the stares coming her way. Even Milo couldn’t help but look so proud of himself whenever they crossed paths. Kida could only hope that the ups and downs of pregnancy would be worth it.
