Standing guard at the edge of the night.Some say.. that if you see him, don't bother running. It's already too late.
Model - ^arachnid15 - who has gotten so good with makeup that all the effects you see in this picture were done in camera. No manipulation. This and many other never-before-seen pictures are on the redesigned and updated website.

Wow, it's been a really damn long time, hasn't it? There's a lot of reasons why I took a break and I'll do a journal soon to catch up with you guys.

It's... brilliantly simple. That's actually just pure eyeshadow. Different shades of dark eyeshadow applied with a stippling sponge.
It was so disturbing in person (hope it comes through at least a bit on screen) that I couldn't actually look at him.. it just creeped the fuck out!

Beautiful. And those eyes are captivating. It's so odd that as a 'non-smoker', I find myself attracted and drawn to photos like the one you took of someone smoking. My gallery is full of them. LOL I'll be watching you. Your work is wonderful.

You know... before I started smoking, that is exactly how I felt. I was always drawn to pictures like that. I do blame it on the fact that I, shamefully, always thought it glamorous. hehe this sent a chill down my spine too... took me a while to get used to looking at it. I actually couldn't look at Steven when he had all that makeup on. Something about it just freaked me out. hehe I had to stay away from him until he took it off.

There's lots of wonderful stuff to be said about this image, and *Zephyri says it best, I think.
However there is a teeny weeny bit I find distracting, and that is the shine on his nose. It makes it look bulbous, and therefore slightly humorous to me, and distracts from the grim menace you were hoping to achieve.
Only my opinion, and I'm often wrong.

This looks totally sweet. It's almost like he's a beast...or a guy with a serious case of skin cancer. Regardless, if I turned around and saw this guy towering over me but a scant few inches away, I'd probably piss myself. That makeup job is wonderful. And the expression is perfect for a dangerous man, or a hired gun. All business.
