Description
This semester I have the pleasure of taking wild life illustration with Terryl Whitlatch who worked with Iain McCaig on the creature designs for Star Wars Episodes 1-3. Each week we are assigned a family of animals and asked to do one of these pages for each.Medium: blue lead and mech. pencil on Canson vellum with some Painter x & Photoshop CS3

I go to AAU as well, I want to take that class SO bad, but I don't know if I'll have all the prereqs for it.
This is really good, did you copy from plates, or did you do the anatomy out of your head?

I took her class the last semester I was there. I waved out of intermediate anatomy to take the wildlife class.

One thing you learn from her class, if you do anatomy out of your head you will fail. She requires you to bring in lots of reference so that's what I did.
I can't recommend her class enough, it was extremely valuable.

i went to community college first then transfered but i took all my art classes at Academy of Art university.
