An original artwork - I haven't seen many horns like that! The texture is unique too, and I really like the glittery glowy effect! I also love the colors you have used - they fit very well together. The proportions also seem good, and I really like the lighting!
To the things you could improve. There isn't much, just some nitpicking. The top of the left horn is quite dark and non-glittery compared to the rest, and especially compared to the top of the right horn. It does look a little unfinished right now.

There is also a weird silver line on her right arm. I presume this is jewelry of some kind, but I don't really know. I would either make it more clear what it was, or remove it.
But all in all this is a beautiful artwork, and I love the expression and the pose! The colors are stunning, and I really like the glitter
