He has 2 shorts and 2 bows that go with the shorts. He also has a lot of unneeded hidden bones, if you click the little gray circle at the bottom of PMX. I know the ones in the arms are needed but the think the rest are not. Not sure about the rest but they don't look like they are weighted to him at all.
