No less than 4 complete re-draws of the entire reef and it is finished, at last!

It was a huge project which involved getting to know more about reefs and corals. Most of the corals are referenced from the photos of the Acropora genus species, but there are a couple more.

// Coral reefs are actually fragile. According to the report of World Resources Institute, the majority of the world’s coral reefs are threatened
by human activities.

More than 60 percent of the world’s reefs are under immediate and direct threat from one or more local sources — such as fishing activities, coastal development, pollution and direct damage. Of local pressures on coral reefs, overfishing — including destructive fishing — is the most pervasive immediate threat, affecting more than 55 percent of the world’s reefs.

// These findings prove, that we need an overhaul of commercial fishing methods and procedures. In their current state, they are a threat not only to creatures inhabiting shallow levels of the ocean, but also those at the very bottom of the Big Blue.
