Description My response to the Batman Adventures vol. 2, issue 15 comic "Cold-Hearted!". I am a Mr. Freeze fan. He is my second favorite villain, first one being Joker. When I saw the Subzero movie, I thought that would've been a great ending for Mr. Freeze's story. Then I saw parts of the"Cold Comfort" episode came out and I didn't know whether to be annoyed or laugh at Mr. Freeze trolling everybody. Batman especially. Mr. Freeze just blasts himself into Wayne Manor, threatens Batman and half freezes Alfred, then walks the hell on out of there with all these girls around him. Pfffft! As much as I like that fact Mr. Freeze is pimpin (that just sounded so hilarous when said out loud) I got kind of disappointed at the writers. They made Mr. Freeze into a tragic character only to then take away the tragedy by bringing him back once again! I mean, the movie's ending brought a sad yet happy warmth to my heart! I even got sad once again in the Batman Beyond episode when Mr. Freeze 'dies' finally (at least I think so...) but the thing is, he did all of his crimes for his wife Nora. Where da hell is she? Shouldn't he be looking for when he came back to Gotham or just not come back at all and leave her to live a normal life because he loves her so much? Come on, give this guy a break. This is just what Steven Spielberg said in Jurassic Park.

"Before you even knew what you had, you patented it, and you packaged it, and slapped it on a plastic lunchbox and now *bangs table* you're selling it, you're selling it, you want to sell it!"

Pretty much, yeah. Only with characters instead of dinosaurs.

Anyways, in the comic, apparently Nora married this doctor that helped with her treatment only to find out later that he was keeping letter that Victor Fries sent to her. So she goes to the artic to find him after supposedly a weapon of Mr. Freeze's attacks her new hubby and she goes to confront her original. After a moment of talking, Nora confesses she never have loved her new husband (big surprise...but yayz!) and she and Victor kiss. But then Batman and Batgirl comes and ruins the moment, fight ensues, Mr. Freeze's robotic body explodes (did I mention he's just a head now?) and Nora is left to grieve over her 'lost' love (He still lives actually! With the fishies at the bottom of the artic ocean...Gawd that must suck!) Nora goes back home, confronts her now jailed/mentally commited ex-husband who makes up some lame excuse that he did because he loved her. (...I'm sorry but....he just comes off as a creeper to me...I mean, withholding Nora's letters and all. Did he watch her sleep too? How about take a sample of her hair? Only a stalker could manage what he did!) Then the writers dare have Nora compare that creep Doctor with Mr. Freeze! That creep is nothing like Mr. Freeze! Nora should've bitch slapped that guy! Actually, that's what she does here in the drawing to what I thing she should've done. Take that creeper Doctor! It's ur fault Nora isn't with her real husband now! They would've finally been together if it weren't for u! U bastard!

Yes, I used the Batman meme. Cause it's funny!
